Start from a Specific Need

These focused landing pages organize common inquiry themes by challenge, scope, preparation items, deliverables, and next steps.

Unity Prototype Development Support

We keep the prototype focused on the question to validate, so the team can play, judge, and decide what belongs in production.

Steamworks Integration and Release Preparation Support

Steamworks work becomes risky when implementation, permissions, store assets, testing, and build setup are all handled at the end.

Excel / CSV Workflow Automation Support

We separate repetitive steps, error-prone work, and human judgment so automation fits the real workflow instead of hiding exceptions.

Admin Interface and Internal Tool Development Support

Before building screens, we clarify who can view, edit, approve, and audit each action so the tool fits real operations.

View case studies

Unity Prototype Validation

Turned a core play idea into a small playable validation scope so the team could make implementation decisions earlier.

Challenge
The team could not judge feel, pacing, or scope from documents alone, and the planned feature set was expanding.
Scope
Implemented a minimum game loop, input, camera, UI, tunable data, and review steps.
Improvement
Separated what to keep, cut, or validate again before full development.
  • Unity
  • C#
  • ScriptableObject
  • Playable prototype

Steamworks Integration and Release Preparation

Reviewed achievements, leaderboards, localization, and build steps that often create late-stage release friction.

Challenge
Store integration and release checks were concentrated late in development, separate from gameplay work.
Scope
Organized Steamworks integration approach, achievement and leaderboard design, localization keys, and build checks.
Improvement
Made release requirements visible early and converted them into implementation tasks.
  • Steamworks
  • Unity / Unreal Engine
  • Localization
  • Build pipeline

Excel and CSV Workflow Automation

Replaced repeated manual aggregation with a small import, validation, and reporting workflow.

Challenge
Daily copying, aggregation, and checking depended on manual work, with time lost on error checks and corrections.
Scope
Organized CSV import, validation rules, aggregation, report output, and exception handling.
Improvement
Reduced repeated work and made exceptions easier to identify.
  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • CSV / Excel
  • Automation script

Admin Interface and Internal Tool Development

Designed an admin interface around permissions, search, CSV import and export, action history, and notification timing.

Challenge
Spreadsheet and shared-file operations made it hard to track who changed what and where checks were missed.
Scope
Organized screens, permissions, data fields, search conditions, import and export, logs, and notifications.
Improvement
Made everyday search, review, update, and history tracking available from a single interface.
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Database
  • Admin UI
  • API integration

Engagement

Choose the engagement model before discussing exact fees

A first step can be clear without publishing a single fixed price list. We first align the engagement model that fits the need.

Engagement Models

Approach

Choose the technology the project needs, with implementation in mind.

We clarify goals, operating constraints, scope, and handoff needs before and during development.

Problem-first

We clarify goals and operations instead of simply reproducing a feature request.

Cross-domain development

We connect game, software, workflow, and internal tool perspectives.

Transparent collaboration

We share scope, decisions, progress, and risks in a form that can be handed over.

Process

From Inquiry to Delivery and Results

  1. Free consultation

Clarify goals, constraints, existing systems, and expected outcomes. The initial discussion and high-level scope check are free.

  2. Information review

Review shareable materials, current conditions, desired timing, and existing tools or systems needed for a reliable quote.

  3. Conditional discovery fee waiver

    Discovery decision

If detailed material review, code review, or workflow research is needed, we normally quote that paid discovery work before it begins. Until the end of August 2026, the initial high-level discovery fee may be waived when named case-study publication, including company name and logo, can be discussed. Case-study content and logo usage are confirmed in advance and published only within the approved scope.

  4. Proposal and quote

Present scope, priorities, deliverables, timeline, fee, and assumptions so you can confirm the cost before committing.

  5. Agreement and start

Paid work begins only after the quote is approved and the order or contract is in place.

  6. Build and share

Proceed while sharing progress, decisions, and risks, with reviewable outputs when appropriate.

  7. Delivery and handoff

Handoff deliverables, documentation, and operating notes. Additional work is scoped and quoted separately.
